A few hundred examinations, clinical surveys and double blind studies
are documenting the efficiency of the laser-phototherapy with its
biochemical effects since many years. The focused operation of laser
light to support the healing and regenerating effect is beneficial for
the patient in the dermatology field as well.
In the foreground injuries like burns, abrasions or chemical burns can
be considered. Also chronic skin diseases or indication which are
difficult to treat in the conventional way -like herpes zoster- can be
treated successfully with laser-phototherapy.
Another broad field is the surgery aftercare, as the accelerated healing
process often goes ahead with reduced scar formation and quicker
reduction of edema.
